  1. I first heard about IGT when my lactation consultant told me she didn't feel a lot of glandular tissue in my breasts. She didn't really tell me about IGT, though - I guess I learned that on my own from the Internet!

I wish there was more encouragement to still breastfeed. My LC never mentioned an SNS and I wish I had introduced it early on to at least try it back before nursing strikes. Most LCs tell you to take domperidone and send you on your way. There is so much more than that!

I am defining our success by my LO getting a little bit of breast milk every day. He's 10 months old and has had at least a little bit every single day of his life. It's not much, but it's the best I can do, and I try to be proud of that!

    1. Never been diagnosed but I have a strong feeling IGT is part of my problem! I first learned about it through the book Making More Milk and the support group MOBI.
I define my success by looking at my healthy strong 2 1/2 year old that nursed until she was 2, with little milk at times :)

  3. I just got mine in today, first pill down :) Much easier than taking the tinctures separately!
