Lola's been nursing longer the last two days. She'd been down to 5 minutes or less, and now she's usually latched at least ten. Not sure if this means there's just more milk coming out for longer, or what. But, it's good, either way.
Tomorrow, I'm going to document every feeding and ounce of formula, just to get a better idea where we are and at the end of 4 weeks to see if we've made any progress.

  1. How exciting! Just so you know, I only nursed for 10-15 minutes at a time with my son (he was in the 95th percentile the whole time I nursed ~ he was 20lbs by 4 months and maintained that until he was 2). I exclusively breastfed until he was 1 and then I introduced solids. I don't know if that offers any encouragement but I thought I'd pass it along!!! :D Keep up the determination and the patience and it will all be worth it... even if you are just maintaining what you are doing now. ;)
